- I hereby consent and authorize the Georgian Leasing Company LTD (Identification Number 204972155) to process the information protected by this application and the creditor, as well as the information protected by me in the Credit Bureaus for the purpose of analyzing the financial solvency, in accordance with the rules and conditions established by Georgian Legislation. I understand the rights under Georgian Legislation that if requested by a Customer (including a data subject), the data processor is obliged to correct, update, add, block, delete or destroy data if it is incomplete, inaccurate, not updated, or if data is collected and processed against the law. This is a one-time consent and it is valid for 30 working days after signing the application.
